Return Policy
Following are the terms and conditions of our Return Policy.

In the event you should want to return a product you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Otherwise we make no guarantees on items returned without an RMA. FREIGHT CHARGES ARE THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY.

For products returned to stock (RTS), in UNUSED condition: You may incur a 25% restock fee. All RTS items are subject to approval. We do not accept restocking of items that have been used. FREIGHT CHARGES ARE THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY.

For Repair or Warranty service, you must first obtain an RMA number and then submit the item for inspection, and approval of warranty service. If the product is deemed warranty serviceable, we will correct the issue, or offer an equivalent replacement. Credits are subject to approval. If the item is not warranty serviceable (damage or other concern not covered under your warranty) then the customer has the option to have the item repaired (customer responsible for all parts and service charges) or to purchase an alternative replacement. Under all instances: FREIGHT CHARGES ARE THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY

All returns are subject to approval and inspection.
